Now Hiring: Banking Operations Specialists – Arizona Banking Center!
Location Options:
North Central Phoenix, AZ
100% onsite, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm 

Contract assignment for a year
Pay Range: $35.00 – $45.00/hour About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Banking Operations Specialist and play a key role in supporting banking center operations, risk management, and process improvements. You'll work closely with regional operations leadership and local banking center teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance. What You'll Do
Provide operational and risk management support to multiple banking centers
Assist with safe box assessments and administrative duties
Communicate directly with banking center personnel to address operational needs
Manage the Group ROM mailbox for procedural and operational questions
Conduct risk control testing to ensure compliance with policies
Handle incident management for issues such as check fraud, safe box problems, facilities, robberies, and documentation gaps
Testing and reviewing data logs
Assist with training and coaching on policies and processes
Support special projects and ad hoc assignments, ensuring smooth operations across locations
Travel to up to 12 other branch locations around Phoenix as needed to support regional operations What We're Looking For
3–4 years of banking experience in a supervisory or management role
Solid back-office banking operations experience
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word) – Power BI is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a drive for results
