What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on control technology.
• Strong organizational skills paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in electronics, fluid power, and mechanical systems.
• Experience developing and improving HMI and SCADA systems, preferably Ignition-based.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair components such as servos, sensors, and control modules.
• Familiarity with data collection, system security, and maintenance logging.
• Effective communication skills and a project-oriented approach.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with automation integration and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of motion sensors, photosensors, and other critical automation components.
• Additional certifications or training in robotics, electronics, or control systems.
• Familiarity with system diagnostics and reporting tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• An associate's degree in mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related technical field.
• Prior hands-on experience working with control systems in a production environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access sensitive program information.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to operate across multiple technical skill clusters, including electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Willingness to support system installations, replacements, and routine maintenance in various production locations.
