What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on control technology.
- Strong organizational skills paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in electronics, fluid power, and mechanical systems.
- Experience developing and improving HMI and SCADA systems, preferably Ignition-based.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair components such as servos, sensors, and control modules.
- Familiarity with data collection, system security, and maintenance logging.
- Effective communication skills and a project-oriented approach.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with automation integration and robotic systems.
- Knowledge of motion sensors, photosensors, and other critical automation components.
- Additional certifications or training in robotics, electronics, or control systems.
- Familiarity with system diagnostics and reporting tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- An associate's degree in mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related technical field.
- Prior hands-on experience working with control systems in a production environment.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access sensitive program information.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to operate across multiple technical skill clusters, including electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Willingness to support system installations, replacements, and routine maintenance in various production locations.
