We're hiring an Automation Mechanic in Thomaston, CT!

Flexible Shifts: Choose from second shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm) or third shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am), Monday-Friday.

What you'll do:
Assembly Expertise: Safely and efficiently assemble products with a focus on quality and repeatability.
Machine Mastery: Perform intricate machine setups, conduct quality checks, and maintain production equipment.
Problem-Solving: Analyze data, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional results.

What you'll bring:
Automotive technician experience or equivalent skills.
Experience with belt tension/wear sensors, hydraulics, and sensor troubleshooting.
Gearbox assembly/disassembly experience is a plus.
Basic shop math and computer skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
