Kelly Services is seeking an experienced PCB solderer for an electronic manufacturer location in Longwood, FL 32750.
Pay- $16.50/hour
Schedule- Mon-Thu 7am-4:30pm Fri 7am-1pm

Job Duties
- Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components, following J-STD certification guidelines.
- Ability to solder very small components - Under a magnifying glass.
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly of parts.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in assembled components.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be J-STD certified and possess IPC 610 certification.
- Proven experience in soldering and assembly of electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for soldering and assembly.
