Pago: Pago semanal de hasta $21.85 por hora (con bono de producción) Turnos Disponibles:

Primer turno: turnos de 8 o 9 horas, con horarios de entrada entre las 6:00 am y 6:15 am, de lunes a viernes con posibilidad de horas extra los sábados. Segundo turno: turnos de 8 o 9 horas, entrada cerca de las 4:00 pm, de lunes a viernes con posibilidad de horas extra los sábados. Deberás estar de pie hasta 10 horas por turno, con horarios de temporada y posible trabajo adicional o en fines de semana.

¿Cómo será un día normal como Operador de Montacargas?

• Operar montacargas, tractor, gator, o tugger para entregar, recoger, cargar, descargar, mover y/o clasificar piezas
• Usar herramientas manuales o eléctricas para ensamblar partes según sea necesario
• Realizar verificaciones de calidad visualmente o con instrumentos de medición
• Mantener el inventario y contribuir en un ambiente de trabajo en equipo
• Cumplir con las prácticas de seguridad y mantener las instalaciones y equipos siguiendo los procesos 5S

Este puesto puede ser ideal si:

• Tienes al menos 6 meses de experiencia reciente manejando montacargas (en los últimos 12 meses)
• Tienes licencia de conducir válida
• Puedes aprobar el examen ocular del proveedor y la prueba de manejo de montacargas
• Eres confiable y tienes buena asistencia
• Preferiblemente tienes experiencia en manufactura y diploma de escuela secundaria
• Demuestras gran atención al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas
• Tienes al menos 18 años de edad y puedes pasar una prueba de destreza
• Puedes cumplir con los requisitos físicos: flexionarte, girar, agacharte, levantar hasta 35 lbs, empujar/jalar hasta 50+ lbs., estar de pie hasta 10 horas por turno, y trabajar a alturas de hasta 90 pulgadas
