Put your precision assembly skills to work with Xylem, Inc., a global leader in water technology solutions. We're hiring an experienced Assembler III to support high-quality manufacturing and assembly operations at our Plymouth, MN facility.

? Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour (based on experience)
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST
? Work Environment: Precision manufacturing and assembly facility supporting water infrastructure products

? What's a typical day as an Assembler III? You will:
? Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components using detailed work instructions.
? Perform precision hand assembly requiring fine motor skills and consistent pace.
? Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures safely and accurately.
? Read and follow simple layout drawings, assembly diagrams, and color codes.
? Perform PVC thermal welding, thread taping, and related assembly processes.
? Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
? Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.
? Meet internal and external customer quality expectations on every build.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
5–10 years of mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude gained through work experience, technical training, or hands-on projects.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions.
Comfort performing repetitive, precision-based tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work independently while supporting team production goals.

Work Environment & Expectations:
Precision manufacturing environment requiring accuracy and consistency.
Regular standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
Use of computers for documentation and communication.
Strict adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
