Quality Analyst
 
Location: Rockville, MD
Pay rate: $20.00-22.00 per hour / BOE
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duration: Six months

Key Responsibilities

-  Assist in the planning, execution, and management of onboarding activities for 1Lab, ensuring seamless integration within QC processes.
-  Act as a liaison between laboratory staff, IT, and project leadership to gather requirements, address concerns, and communicate progress.
-  Develop and deliver user-focused training materials, SOPs, and guidance documentation for effective adoption of 1Lab.
-  Troubleshoot onboarding challenges; coordinate incident and enhancement resolution with technical teams.
-  Champion best practices in change management and user adoption for electronic systems in regulated environments.
-  Ensure all activities align with GxP, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
-  Track timelines, deliverables, and risks; report regular project status to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

- Proven experience onboarding electronic laboratory notebooks or other electronic systems within pharmaceutical QC.
- Deep understanding of QC operations and regulatory requirements for electronic data management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Experience managing or supporting projects; familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Superior writing skills for producing clear documentation, training content, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Comfort learning new digital tools and supporting troubleshooting of system onboarding issues.

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree
-Experience with 1Lab or similar ELN (electronic notebook) platforms.
-Familiarity with data integrity requirements (ALCOA+),GxP, and FDA/EU regulatory standards.
-Self Driven and intellectually curious
-Understanding of GMP regulations
