Salary: $50,000 – $90,000
Schedule: Monday - Thursday/Friday (Out of State travel required)

What's a typical day as an Ag Equipment Service Technician You'll be:
- Disassembling and reassembling air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Repairing or replacing defective parts using hand and power tools.
- Driving pickups to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
- Using reason to solve problems as they arise.
- Determining the correct tools and processes to complete mechanical tasks.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience and technical knowledge of equipment.
- Possess a working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Are skilled in using hand and power tools.
- Flourish with minimal guidance, are proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty.
- Have attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- • Are physically strong, agile, and dexterous, with the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Have reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Have a farming background and/or experience in the farming industry (a plus).
- Are able to travel.
