Location: San Leandro
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Assignment Type: Short-Term Temp (Under 3 Months)
 

Job Summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Branch Office Support Representative to assist with daily branch operations and support Branch Manager(s). This position serves as a key point of contact for patients, referrals, and internal teams, ensuring smooth administrative, customer service, and equipment-related workflows within the branch.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls; provide professional reception services.

  • Work with the Sales team to complete required patient documentation.

  • Perform intake-related tasks, review ACIS screens, assist customers, and confirm delivery appointments.

  • Complete post-delivery confirmation, order processing, and accurate data entry.

  • Assist in coordinating Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes (non-licensed duties only).

  • Download data from devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP units, and other respiratory equipment as assigned.

  • Conduct functional tests on specific respiratory equipment per branch requirements.

  • Handle audit/documentation requests and support the overnight oximetry program.

  • Collect and process credit card and billing information when needed.

  • Assist with patient scheduling and general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and faxing records.

  • Support warehouse functions by preparing patient equipment.

  • Set up or return equipment and provide basic instructions to patients; explain insurance/out-of-pocket costs; process payments; retrieve equipment from warehouse; and reconcile daily receivables for lockbox submission.

  • Conduct outbound patient or referral satisfaction calls.

  • Order office or inventory supplies as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems.

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
