Now hiring for a 100% onsite Administrative Assistant for our premier pharmaceutical client in Colorado Springs, CO!
Pay: $24/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80905
Position Type: Temp to hire
Job Summary: You will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations, managing documentation, writing lab reports, and assisting with front desk reception tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize laboratory documents and files.
- Provide administrative support to the laboratory team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Assist the front desk receptionist with duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries.
- Maintain and update records to ensure they are accurate and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline and improve administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding document management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in an administrative or document management role, preferably within a laboratory setting.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to draft clear and accurate reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
