Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$21-$22 per hour
Monday to Friday- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What's a typical day as Accounts Receivable Coordinator? You'll be:
- Processing and managing all incoming payments with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts to uphold financial integrity.
- Resolving billing or payment discrepancies to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
- Providing excellent customer service in client communications, fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborating with internal departments on financial reporting needs to support overall business objectives.
- Supporting general accounting tasks as needed to assist the finance team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a High School Diploma and have 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, which is crucial in financial roles.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Have experience in the Business Services industry and familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting.
-  Have experience with SAP or other ERP systems, enhancing your technical capabilities.
