- Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Auditing daily sales reports and payments, and verifying bank deposits and credit card payments
- Entering financial transactions into the general ledger, sales audit module, and Excel files
- Researching and resolving discrepancies, and reconciling accounts receivable accounts
- Preparing reports and financial summaries as needed
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all financial data
- Reviewing and reconciling delivery services and online orders
- Following established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
- Have proven accounting experience, preferably as an accounting clerk (minimum 2 years required)
- Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and have 10-key by touch skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and can handle confidential information professionally
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Have excellent customer service skills and can manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
- Are able to comply with company policies, including dress code
