This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH Must be able to commute to Marysville, OH
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

- Invoice Processing – Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding in alignment with company procedures.
- Expense Report Management – Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Support – Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- System Utilization – Work within the Accounts Payable system efficiently and build proficiency in available tools such as Excel reports and queries.
- Data Handling & Reporting – Analyze data sets and assist in developing reporting tools to support financial insights.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance current processes and share recommendations with management.
- Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Managing vendor relationships and resolving disputes.
- Expense report review and ensure compliance to Corporate Policy.
- Two years + Experience in Accounts Payable or related financial field
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Accounting Software
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc. to support analytical tasks.
- Strong attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data analysis
- Analytical and Problem solving abilities: Critical thinking and structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborative Team Player: Works well within both Accounting and Cross-functional teams
- Clear and Effective communications: Capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences to ensure alignment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power tools: PowerBI for data visualization, Power Query
