Accounts Payable Processor
Job Summary:
Join a large Oil and Gas company as an Accounts Payable Processor, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the seamless processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who enjoys maintaining vendor relationships and providing essential administrative support in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Specifications:
- Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
- Pay Rate: $25/hr
- Shift: Flexible start time between 6-9 AM, Monday through Thursday; 9-hour shift, with a half-day on Friday
- Downtown office with free parking
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and entries.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Set up new vendors and enter them into the accounting systems.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience or related fields.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
