Direct Hire - CNC Mill/Lathe Operator 
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Training: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon–Thurs)**
Pay: From $25-30 per hour based on experience 

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated CNC Mill/Lathe Operator to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently, meet production goals, and ensure parts meet quality standards. If you're detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC mill and/or lathe equipment
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
  • Meet production rates and quality standards
  • Perform tool changes and minor offsets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Track time and part counts accurately
  • Support team leaders and cross-train when possible
  • Follow all safety protocols and report hazards
