Description

Our client is hiring multiple CNC Machine Operators for our expanding team! We have immediate openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Come work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills will make a difference.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will produce precision metal parts—primarily from aluminum—using a variety of CNC machine tools, including vertical and horizontal milling machines, conventional lathes, multi-op lathes, and Swiss-style lathes.

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $22 or above based on experience, plus shift differentials


2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday)
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)


Key Responsibilities

  • Review blueprints and written specifications for each job
  • Write programs and apply machine tool math
  • Monitor and adjust machine feed rates and speeds
  • Set up controls and perform machining cuts to create parts
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machines
  • Ensure machines are feeding, cutting, cooling, and lubricating properly during operation
  • Use specialized inspection tools to verify part tolerances
  • Adhere to quality control (QC) and ISO procedures
  • Work within a Lean Manufacturing environment, keeping work areas clean and safe
  • Follow tasks and procedures assigned by Team Leaders
  • Comply with all company safety and procedural guidelines

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Good close vision for part inspection
  • Must work safely and reliably as part of a team

Physical and Environmental Conditions
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and kneel without difficulty
  • Repetitive lifting/pulling/pushing of up to 50 lbs
  • Exposure to loud noises and moving manufacturing machinery (e.g., forklift trucks)
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently
