Bilingual(Spanish) Customer Service Representative:
 Rate: $21.00 per hour
 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
 Duties:

• Providing phone support for incoming technical calls related to our product line
• Cross-training on our PowerBoss product line to extend your expertise
• Managing warranty administration, including claim evaluation and modification communication
