The Regional HR Coordinator supports HR operations remotely across the Benelux, France, and Nordic regions, managing onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation. This role ensures compliance with local labor laws, maintains accurate HR data, and supports employee engagement initiatives to deliver efficient and people-focused HR services. 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Regional HR Business Partner for the region of Benelux, France and the Nordics. 
  • Organize and maintain personnel records of employees; manage HR-related paperwork and documentation. 
  • Deliver monthly input to payroll and keep regular contact with the payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing. 
  • Administer HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and changes in employee status. 
  • Manage employee benefits for the region (meal vouchers, health insurance, pension, other). 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events, such as trainings, workshops, well-being activities, and company meetings. 
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring clear and friendly communication. 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies; participate in audits and HR regulatory checks. 
  • Maintain the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), updating employee data and generating reports as required. 
  • Track and manage employee absences, leaves, and attendance. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for HR processes and procedures. 
  • Assist colleagues across different departments whenever necessary, providing HR support as needed. 

 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or HR support role. 
  • Familiarity with local labor legislation in Netherlands and Belgium, (France, and/or Nordics is a plus). 
  • Experience in payroll for Netherlands and Belgium. French payroll is nice to have. 
  • Fluent English and Dutch, solid basis in French.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Attention to details: execute tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Proactive Task Management; Anticipate and address administrative needs before they arise. Take initiative in streamlining office processes for increased efficiency. 
  • Solution-Driven Mindset; Approach challenges with a problem-solving attitude. 
  • Communication Skills; Maintain open and clear communication with team members and external contacts.
