Our Services Procurement Professional will advise on new client implementations, expand services procurement programs, and provide operational support and consultation for the ongoing service delivery of KellyOCG-managed Services Procurement programs.   Lead implementation deliverables during expansions or new solutions.

  • Complete implementation tasks, including program setup, work instructions and change management activities.
  • Support change management and program adoption initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver standard documentation (e.g. process flows and work instructions) tailored to client needs.
  • Translate service requirements into digital SOWs within the client Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Manage client change initiatives, train, and educate client personnel.
  • Train operations team on product standards and feature enhancements.
  • Assist with supplier performance management and score cards.
  • Deliver enhanced analytics, program metrics, and category recommendations to clients.
  • Function as a cooperative team member to ensure high service levels for customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc reports from VMS technology platforms.
  • Integrate learnings from activities into practice standards for continuous improvement.
  • Drive technology improvements by leveraging automation, emerging procurement technologies, and AI to optimize operations and enhance client value.
  • Lead consulting services deliverables, including labor and spend categorization, product best practices, and SOW validation assessments.

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement or an Operations role supporting SOWs or equivalent experience.
  • Strongly preferred experience in external client service outsourcing or consulting.
  • Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline or procurement systems like SAP Ariba. 
  • Experience supporting indirect services categories such as Consulting, IT services, or engineering services.
  • Proven track record of managing procurement-related projects or initiatives effectively, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
  • Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and contribute to a team environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pioneering processes in new environments.
  • Flexibility in a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Functional PC and internet skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other web-based tools.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a must. 

 

The position is virtual but may require periodic travel to a client site.
