Kelly Services QA Engineer is responsible for:

• Designing and executing test plans for ambiguous quality problem areas and complex test scenarios (e.g., architecture-level, product with many dependencies, inadequate test data, poor test environment, etc.) associated with new or existing products. Test plans may involve other quality roles.  
• Take the lead on an initiative to identify and solve architecture deficiencies that affect quality or speed of delivery.
• Ability to influence engineering team owners and quality peers regarding appropriate test strategies and where improvements are needed for product quality.

Essential Skills: 

• 7+ years of quality experience
• Passion for building test solutions through automation, driven by innovation and commitment to lifelong learning.
• Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disseminate complex ideas in a simplified plan of action.  
• Strong technical competency in an OOP language like Java, Java Script, Ruby, or C# or an expert in test automation tools like Selenium or other industry-leading toolsets.  
• Experience developing and influencing the development of automated framework(s) for enterprise-level functional and regression testing is preferable.
• Working knowledge of Agile and iterative development processes is essential.
• A plus is test-driven development (TDD) or behavior-driven development (BDD) using Gherkin languages like Cucumber.
