What We're Looking For:
- Holds a HS transcript or equivalent along with one of the following:
- An associates degree or higher with a GPA of 2.0 or higher from an accredited institution, or
- Sixty college credits from an accredited institution, or
- A score of 459 or higher on the ParaPro Test (ParaPro MUST be in hand at time of submission, documentation must be provided)
- DEEDS certification (Instructional Para Certificate)
- Experience working with students in an educational setting (minimum of two years preferred)
- Working knowledge of behavior management procedures (preferred)
- Knowledge of assistive technology and accommodations for special education students (preferred)
- Previous CPI/Safety Care Training (preferred)
- Previous experience supporting severe behaviors/aggression
