Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and technical deliverables.
Monitor project performance and ensure completion within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical oversight for PVT studies, including compositional analysis, Constant Composition Expansion (CCE), Constant Volume Depletion (CVD), Differential Liberation, separator testing, viscosity measurements, and fluid sampling programs.
Review and interpret laboratory data and ensure the technical accuracy of reports and recommendations.
Develop, validate, and apply Equation of State (EOS) models to support reservoir simulation, production forecasting, and fluid property prediction.
Evaluate phase behavior, fluid properties, and flow assurance data to support reservoir development and production strategies.
Provide technical guidance to reservoir engineers, production engineers, geoscientists, and asset teams.
Laboratory Operations, Quality Assurance, and HSE
Ensure compliance with laboratory QA/QC procedures, accreditation requirements, and industry standards.
Promote adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Oversee the safe handling of hazardous fluids, including H₂S-containing samples and High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) testing conditions.
Coordinate laboratory resources, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency to maximize productivity and data quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory operations, testing methodologies, and reporting processes.
Client and Business Support
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and asset teams.
Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations through meetings, presentations, and technical reports.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support business development efforts by preparing technical proposals, project scopes, and client presentations.
Team Leadership and Development
