What are we looking for?

The Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting departmental professional services initiatives and providing administrative support across technical, administrative, quality, and production teams.

Shift/Schedule: M-F, 8-5

What you'll do:

  • Act as liaison, coordinating legal and marketing communications with industry stakeholders
  • Perform administrative duties to support the technical, administrative, quality, and production departments
  • Track and respond to customer support/information inquiries
  •  Coordinate and draft communications and manage documentation of customers' inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years successful experience utilizing Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to independently plan, organize, and complete projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management skills.
  • Must be customer focused and quality-driven.
  • Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. 
  • Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as:  data entry via computer keyboard, writing, operating a telephone, and filing
  • Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
