PSI, an Intertek Company, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, is looking for an Environmental Project Manager to join our Business and Construction team in Denver (Westminster), CO.

From testing, inspection and certification services to building sciences solutions, the company delivers Total Quality Assurance to the built environment.


The Environmental Project Manager will support the Building and Construction business by conducting Environmental Site Assessments, Remedial Investigations, VCUP and CDPHE regulatory investigations, Remediation, Asbestos/Lead/Mold Surveys, Groundwater Monitoring, and Compliance support (e.g., SWPPP, SPCC plans).




  • Conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Conducting groundwater monitoring activities
  • Conducting vapor intrusion studies
  • Managing Phase I portfolios
  • Performing Asbestos/Lead/Mold surveys a plus
  • SWPPP and/or SPCC Plans a plus
  • Property Condition Assessments a plus
  • Technical Report writing
  • Assist department manager with existing projects to include: coordinating/performing field activities including inspections, managing budgets/subcontractors, report preparation
  • Assist with and establish client relationships along with fostering client retention.
  • Prepares and/or authorizes proposals and coordinate workload of support staff


Requirements (minimum):


  • Degree in geology, engineering or environmental sciences preferred
  • 5 years of Phase I/II ESA experience required
  • Some remediation experience is required
  • Asbestos experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills are essential
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) – (HAZWOPER) 40-Hour Certification required
  • State of Colorado and Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response ACT(AHERA) Building Inspector Certified is a plus
  • State of Colorado and Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response ACT(AHERA) Air monitoring Specialist a plus
