What are we looking for?
The Database Coordinator is responsible for creating reports, queries, and auditing/analyzing/compiling data from SQL database and/or other sources for various reports as needed.

What you'll do:
- Create and customize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible for auditing data entry for multiple locations.
- Assist in data forecasting.
- Assist in analysis of data in preparation for reporting.
- Write and execute queries using MS SQL server.
- Preparing data for meetings and presentations.
- Generate impromptu reports and statements.
- Recommend and implement efficient changes in reporting.
- Identify data inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Ability to independently research a wide variety of information requests utilizing databases and various resources and clearly communicate findings.
- Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
- Proven ability to comprehend, analyze, and systematically compile technical, statistical, and information into comprehensive reports or other formats.
- Proven ability to independently plan, organize, and complete projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multi task and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as: data entry via computer keyboard, writing, and operating a telephone.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in computer-related field.
- Intermediate experience writing queries using SQL Server.
- Experience using SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports.
