Intertek's Industry Services team provides technical solutions that help customers maximize operational efficiency, ensure asset reliability, improve quality, and minimize safety risks. Some of our many service areas include inspection, non-destructive and materials testing, technical training, engineering, surveying, QA/QC, and supplier auditing.

The Administrative Assistant will support the Technical Inspection Services business by performing a full range of administrative duties, including data entry, administrative planning, etc. We're looking for somebody with prior experience in an administrative position.

This will be a full-time position located at our office in The Woodlands, Texas.


Rate entry and client set-up functions within operating system.
Bid preparation.
Rate quoting, both domestic and international.
General support of the Business Development/Sales team.


High School Diploma or GED.

Prior experience in an administrative position.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.

Must be detail oriented.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Ability to type quickly and accurately.

Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
