The Housekeeper will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and residents by performing various cleaning tasks with attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean, sanitize, and replenish guest rooms and common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring all amenities are stocked.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in laundry services as needed, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow schedules and checklists to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with the ability to follow safety protocols.
