Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Sr. Key Account Sales Manager to join our Commercial Sales team in our London or Milton Keynes, United Kingdom offices. 

This individual will report to the Director, Digital Services acting as a commercial lead for CoreSource, ICG's digital distribution solution. This role will have oversight for a large client portfolio as well as new client development and will be expected to meet revenue targets. Focusing on UK and international markets, success will be measured through key account management and retention metrics along with new client acquisitions. This individual will work both independently and cross-functionally as a representative of ICG assuming responsibility for ICG values, strategic objectives, and results.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of sales or book/publishing industry experience
  • College/University degree required

We have a preference for:

  • Publisher/book industry experience preferred, but relevant sales experience considered
  • Proven track record in previous sales role, experience selling digital products is a plus
  • Experience meeting revenue targets
  • Experience using CRM for sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Oral and written communication skills and computer literate
  • Ability to establish priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to deadlines and meeting key deliverables
  • Interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 5-10% per year

The Sr. Key Account Sales Manager's key responsibilities are:

  • Ensure clients understand value and evolution of CoreSource as a distribution solution
  • Responsible for meeting revenue targets
  • Help grow size and diversity of CoreSource catalog particularly in international markets
  • Understand and converse about the digital marketplace and industry trends
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial presentation through contract and onboarding
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, executed deals, and client engagement
  • Work closely with Support, Product and Operations teams and across Ingram sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, thought leadership, and marketing collateral
  • Share regular customer, competitor, and market feedback
