Description of the Position: Leads with ID Logistics are responsible for supporting operations in a high-volume warehouse environment while helping maintain safety, quality, productivity, and workflow standards. This role works closely with team members to coordinate activities across multiple areas, follow operating procedures, communicate effectively with employees and internal customers, and assist in resolving routine operational issues to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.


Pay: Warehouse Associate Leads: $23.00/hour + shift differential


 


Shift: All shifts are currently available, including:



  • Sunday - Wednesday, 6am - 4:30pm (Days)

  • Sunday - Wednesday, 5:30pm - 4:00am (Nights)

  • Wednesday - Saturday, 6am - 4:30pm (Days)

  • Wednesday - Saturday, 5:30pm - 4:00am (Nights)


Day shift team members earn an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential.


Night shift team members earn an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support activities in assigned areas to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

  • Monitor workflow, product handling, labeling, and order preparation for quality and compliance with established procedures.

  • Assist with training and guiding team members on safety rules, operating instructions, and standard work practices.

  • Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and other leadership roles regarding priorities, workflow issues, and operational needs.

  • Identify and help resolve routine problems in a practical and timely manner.

  • Complete routine documentation, reports, and related computer-based tasks accurately.

  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college-level study preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment,
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • PC computer skills and the ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
