Description

We will train the right individual to be successful in this position. This role is responsible for documentation, tracking, and reporting of Company and Quality Training for site associates. Assist with Safety & Quality with SOP Reviews, Quality Standards Communications, and ensuring site compliance with expectations. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Schedule - Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm Pay Rate - $21.00/hr * High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education. * Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications. * Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies. * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public. * Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. * Bilingual Preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
