Role and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the ___Inventory Supervisor__, the Inventory Lead performs periodic inventory counting, receives and ships materials into and out of inventory, and enters related data into logs/software. Ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts, and shipments.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am-3:30 pm - Some weekends required based on business needs
Compensation: $21.50 per hours **No Shift Differential**
Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
- Weekly reporting on FEFO stock, giving analysis and communication to Supervisor / Manager
- Work with customer on inventory mock audits
- Submit required cycle counts to inventory department crew.
- Review items conversation sent out by customer or central team.
- Root Cause analysis of adjustments, damages, expired product
- Review inventory receipts for accuracy and work to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage weekly inventory reconciliation with Operations team.
- Day-to-day general administrative tasks.
- Develop and compile statistical and descriptive reports, inventory summary sheets, and detailed reports.
- Help oversee and direct both monthly and yearly Physical inventory reconciliations.
- Disposition of excess and destruct inventory.
- Initiate conversation with management and cross-functional partners to provide recommendations.
- Re-Cubing new product and analyzing new product data for discrepancies.
- Works closely with Supervisors and Managers
- Oversee that the stock management checklist is being completed in a timely manner.
- System synchronization alignment between WMS & OMS
- Other duties assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Inventory or purchasing-related function experience required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Strong Understanding of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile.
- Able to build strong working relationships with people at all organizational levels.
- Work well independently but also in a team environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Must be professional and have good job stability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work when needed (Monday -Sunday) on occasion.
- Ability to organize a large amount of data
- Experience in E-Commerce Environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Shipping /Receiving and Inventory Control Responsibilities and processes.
PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Operational experience preferred.
- Understanding of SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS.
- Knowledge of Dashboard, LMxT, and WCS.
