Position: Flow Controller


Pay: $19.00/hr + shift differential  


 


Work Hours: ID Logistics works various shifts, including: 



  • Front Half Days: Sunday – Wednesday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 



  • Front Half Nights: Sunday – Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM 



  • Back Half Days: Wednesday – Saturday, 06:00 AM – 04:30 PM 



  • Back Half Nights: Wednesday – Saturday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM

What Success Looks Like 


As a Flow Controller, you'll help manage warehouse flow and capacity by analyzing forecasts, monitoring operational performance, coordinating inbound activity, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll play an important role in ensuring production capacities align with demand and that operations run efficiently. 



Qualifications

What You'll Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Training or education in logistics, scheduling, or a related field 
  • 1-2 years of logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or industry experience 
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to interpret data and manage operational priorities 

 

How You'll Stand Out 

  • Experience with warehouse flow, scheduling, or capacity planning 
  • Experience analyzing operational performance and recommending improvements 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software 
  • Experience in a high-volume, start-up, or rapidly growing environment 
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
