# Holyoke#Medical Center is actively searching for a Patient Experience Supervisor Advocates for all inpatients and their families by rounding and educating. Communicating all issues and concerns of patients and or families through the appropriate channels; nurses, aides, doctors, case management, and following up. Assists by providing general support and comfort to the needs of patients, families and visitors in a compassionate, problem-solving manner. Have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Excellent teamwork and communication with all staff. To demonstrate a strong commitment to patients, families and visitors with all basic concepts of continuous quality improvement and preventing error from reaching the patients. To proactively round on patients with consideration to current areas of opportunities based on leadership assessment, organizational needs and patient feedback data Work with floor managers to update goals to be focused on for these reports. Confirm the BURSTS went out on the 15th of each month from Press Ganey. Update Press Ganey with any new providers and their staff, or the removal. Collaborates with Unit Leaders to develop and maintain patient experience standards and expectations. Rounding meeting with HURON account representative for any issues, new updates. Review of all reports. Monthly rounding meeting with staff, or as needed.
