Holyoke Medical Center is an independent community hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the Pioneer Valley for over 125 years.# We continue to grow and address the needs of our community through quality and patient centered care.# We are seeking a physician to provide leadership and management for the Hospitalist Service, to work cooperatively and supportively with hospital administration and medical staff to#ensure availability, quality, and effective use of Hospitalist services. Will#provide significant input into the preparation of the#Hospitalist service budget, monitor community needs and provide significant input into acute inpatient needs of the community. REQUIREMENTS:#Current license from the Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine; current DEA License; Current license from the Mass. Dept. of Public Health for a controlled substance license; Board certified or Board eligible in clinical specialty. Three years of experience in inpatient acute care medicine.
