Description
To perform various maintenance, repair, overhaul, or construction duties in all facilities owned by the Corporation.## Duties include installing ceiling and floor coverings, removing/replacing window/door glass, ceiling or floor tiles, and broken or damaged hardware; painting,#build and/or repair and install various items, such as counters, cabinets, bookcases, shelving, crates/cases, stands, racks, and instrument and equipment cases or fixtures; perform preventive maintenance as necessary. REQUIREMENTS:# High school or vocational school graduate, with courses in blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, mathematics, carpentry and woodworking; current Massachusetts driver#s license; #five years of experience through carpentry apprenticeship in building trades or large commercial or industrial complexes; ability to pass a Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles review with no previous record of traffic violations
