HOK is seeking a Summer Student Intern – Interiors to join our Kansas City studio. This internship is designed for interior design students who are interested in gaining practical experience in a collaborative, professional studio environment. Interns work under close supervision, supporting interior design teams while developing technical skills, professional judgment, and an understanding of integrated design practice. Responsibilities Assist interior design teams with elementary design and documentation tasks. Prepare and update interior drawings, layouts, finish plans, and details using Revit and other design tools. Revise sketches, layouts, and drawings based on direction from project team members. Support the development and modification of production drawings in accordance with firm and project standards. Contribute to a sustainable workplace by learning and applying environmentally responsible design practices. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal teams and external clients. Education & Experience Currently enrolled in an interior design or interior architecture program. Proficiency or coursework experience in Revit. Previous internship experience in an interior design or architectural firm is preferred. #LI-CN1
