Writes effective proposal responses, project and personnel descriptions, and award submittals. Works closely with a variety of groups including the Canadian marketing team, studio leaders, design teams, and other global professionals within the company.    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:  Professional Skills Creative and impactful graphic design skills Excellent writing and editing skills Aptitude for comprehending and communicating technical information to diverse audiences. Strategic thinker with ability to connect marketing activities to larger business goals. Previous experience within architecture/design, construction and commercial real estate industries is desirable, but not required.   Work Style Commitment to meet deadlines and achieve tangible results. Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work independently and proactively, yet values collaboration and works well as part of team. Willingness to receive and learn from constructive criticism.   Technical Skills Minimum intermediate level of skill in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint is required (95% of work commitments involve the use of these two programs).
