So, what will you be doing all day? You would join us as a Project Manager working on things like…
- Oversees and coordinates all aspects of project execution and client experience.
- Develops project proposals, contracts and project budgets; may support proposal development on larger/more complex projects.
- Plans and coordinates project deliverables.
- Manages client service and project communication.
- Monitors and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
- Responsible for overall project performance.
- Contributes to efforts to improve performance and ensure consistent adherence to applicable quality standards.
- Monitors project quality expectations
- Understands the scope of work and fees to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle.
- Recognizes project conflicts and proactively works with stakeholders to resolve.
- Serves as the primary project/program contact and brand ambassador.
- Proactively advises, coaches and mentors less experienced Designers, Engineers, or Project Managers, providing oversight or guidance on project execution and communication.
- Makes recommendations to practice, operations and/or technical leadership to align training, development and mentoring of project staff.
- Travel for site visits as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred. 4 years of relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry will be considered in lieu of requisite education.
- 8 years of relevant experience required, including a minimum of 4 years cumulative of project management experience.
- Proficiency in project management standards and execution required.
- Have a passion for solidifying and nurturing current client and staff relationships.
- Possess excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and have a high focus on client/customer service.
- Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines and meeting client's needs for responsiveness while maintaining quality design.
Preferred Qualifications…
- Possess a project management certification is a bonus but certainly not required.
- Possess a P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is a bonus but certainly not required.
- Have experience with Bluebeam would be highly preferred.
