This position is responsible for facilitating the delivery of learning solutions to the licensed healthcare professional workforce in both physical and virtual classroom settings using a variety of technologies including traditional classrooms, computer labs, Webex/videoconferencing, remote/connected classrooms, etc. Responsible for applying adult learning principles, performance management methodologies, effective facilitation concepts and successful classroom management skills to assess and improve learners' performance. Responsible for supporting learning needs analyses, as well as consulting on and making recommendations about learning solutions. Responsible for facilitating the transfer of knowledge to learner populations to meet speed-to-performance expectations. Responsible for identifying and modeling best practices and guidelines for successful learning facilitation. Responsible for assisting in onboarding and coaching of new training specialists on topics such as effective classroom management.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Licensed clinician with current, valid, unrestricted license (RN, LPC, LMSW, RD,)
*2 years of clinical experience
*1 year of managed care experience in areas such as utilization review, case management or disease management
*2 years of experience developing and delivering formal training programs
*Nationally-recognized certification in Case Management, MCG or similar area of health care (or active progress towards this)
*Conversant in Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards and guidelines
*Proven ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with others, collaborate across job levels and roles, analyze and present complex information, and lead projects or work-efforts
*Computer literacy in standard business applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sharepoint
*Ability and willingness to travel, including multiple consecutive overnight stays

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor/Master degree in Nursing or Adult Education or in relevant area
*Certificate in Learning/Training
*Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and/or other learning systems/applications
*Prior experience in health insurance/managed healthcare industry

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
