This role is responsible for learning specific aspects of sales and marketing operations. The position supports sales representatives and account management personnel in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Health Care OR 4 years health care/customer service experience involving independent work and judgment.
- General Lines - Life and Health state insurance license within the first 6 months in position.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; telephone, public relations, and customer skills; composing presentations, and summarizing findings.
- Analytical and math skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback; ability to represent company in sales or account management.
- PC proficiency and skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to travel including overnight stays.
- Current Driver's License in state of operations.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Health insurance experience or knowledge.
- Customer service or sales experience.
