This position supports the development and execution of pharmacy product solutions within HCSC's business architecture. Working closely with senior team members, this role assists in defining product strategies, gathering business requirements, and aligning solutions with operational needs. The consultant collaborates with Pharmacy Strategy & Delivery, Sales, PBM partners, and other key stakeholders to assess current-state processes and contribute to future-state designs. They help facilitate cross-functional discussions, document requirements, and create visuals to illustrate process improvements. Additionally, the role provides data analysis and insights to support business case development and decision-making. By engaging with IT and operational teams early in the process, the consultant helps assess potential business impacts and ensure seamless solution integration. This position plays a key role in refining methodologies, supporting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring pharmacy products remain competitive and sustainable. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and 2 years experience in business analysis, planning, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 6 years of experience in business analysis, planning, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR Masters Degree and 1 year of experience.
- Ability to interact with and influence staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
- Ability to lead and mentor other staff, as appropriate.
- General business and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, marketplace and competition.
- Analytic and information synthesis skills.
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
- Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Presentation and group facilitation experience.
- Initiative and persistence, with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting to internal clients.
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
- Previous responsibility of the administration of a product or product line, including development of products from inception to launch, and product introduction and monitoring for success or need for reengineering.
Flexible work arrangement requires 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

Compensation: $60,300.00 - $133,400.00
