This position is responsible for managing the compliance, training, and oversight of Broker Sales for the Individual and Family Markets (IFM). This leader will be overseeing and leading top-down efforts on IFM Broker audits, oversight, escalations, training, and compliance activities to ensure IFM Broker Sales are conducted according to regulatory and or IFM business rules. This leader will be responsible for creating and maintaining an IFM Broker Sales compliance program; administering to and training internal resources and external Brokers; achieving high performance and service levels; and identifying opportunities for further process improvements. This role will be responsible for working with but not limited to regulators, government agencies, external Brokers, and IFM leadership team.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years of experience
* 3 years of regulatory or compliance experience
* 1 year experience in a management or leadership capacity
* Knowledge of the regulatory process and Health Care Industry sales processes and functions
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present and articulate complex issues and situations in clear and understandable terms
* Full understanding and ability to interpret CMS requirements in the Individual Health Insurance marketplace (Affordable Care Act)
* Ability to meet with Broker core contacts virtually and or in person
* Ability to recommend strategy based on the annual call letter
* Ability to handle interviews and questions from regulators and Brokers
* In depth knowledge of compliance, audit and quality review processes
* Experience in process re-engineering and strategic problem-solving
* Experience conducting analyses and developing, executing and communicating strategic and operational impacts
* Experience providing strategic and tactical direction based on quantitative and qualitative analyses
* Knowledge of sales operations
* Written, executive presentation, verbal communication, facilitation, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
* Experience working independently and responding to rapidly changing priorities
* Strong data analysis skills as demonstrated through experience

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Experience in Compliance related to the Individual Health Insurance Marketplace exchange (Affordable Care Act) and/or for an insurance carrier

* Knowledge of Health Care policies and procedures

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Compensation: $82,700.00 - $149,300.00
