Job Summary This position is responsible for enhanced operational commission and incentive related processing/payment, reporting, defect resolution, and innovative processing methodologies used to ensure accuracy and reduce payment error risks. This position is also responsible for analyzing data, examining customer needs and creating processes for designing and developing reports and creating project timelines. Serves as liaison to technical and consultant staff on interpretation of systems, reporting requirements and communication of data definitions.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree OR 4 years business experience. 
  • Experience in SQL programming. 
  • Experience in a managed care environment. 
  • Leadership skills. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills. 
  • Understanding of data elements as it relates to data quality requirements. 
  • Data analysis skills including experience

This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
