  Job Description: Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering speech/language modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.  Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in order to produce effective outcomes. Some notable information about the Unit:
  • Speciality Programs: Trauma, Cardiac and Orthopedics
  • Average Patients Treated Per Day: 10- 14
  • Schedules/Shifts: Day Shift, 11a-7p/12 hour shifts, 8-10 hours with weekends

  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC), or documentation that shows CCC completion is underway.
  • Licensure in the State of Florida.
  • New grads may apply.
  • BCLS (CPR) certification.
