Goshen Valley Boys Ranch, a division of Goshen Valley Foundation, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician.

The Maintenance Technician will be expected to:

  • Maintain and repair residential facilities and office facilities on GVBR.
  • Maintain vehicles and farm equipment upkeep and repair as assigned.
  • Assists with repairs and maintenance of the buildings and facilities of GVBR including but not limited to; drywall, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, carpentry, and fixture installation.
  • Assists with maintaining the landscape of GVBR, including but not limited to; mowing, trimming, pond maintenance, tree removal, and fence repair.
  • Assists Facilities Director in administration and function of GVBR facilities as needed.
  • Maintain lawns and pastures as assigned.
  • Maintain general care of livestock and horses as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
.Requirements:

The Maintenance Technician will be required to have:

  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
  • Two or more years of experience in general facilities operations, including general maintenance and repair, lawn care experience, and general working knowledge of livestock preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screen, possess a valid driver's license, and be insurable by GVF insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide moral, ethical, and spiritual leadership that coincides with the program and policies of GVF.
