Gastro Doxs is a well-established practice in the Northwest Houston suburbs of Cypress, and Katy. We are a 4 clinician team and we are looking to rapidly expand our clinical team at this time. Gastro Doxs strives to help patients in the Greater Houston area find relief from a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions. We are a comprehensive patient-centered community GI practice model. We accomplish this while keeping the staff & providers overall wellness in mind. We try to understand the challenges of navigating the healthcare environment from the patient's perspective as well as the staff's perspective & have tailored the practice to offer the most flexibility to our patients as possible. As a practice, our mission is to have a "can-do" attitude, where we try our best to help the patients while keeping the needs of the doctors, nurse practitioners & staff in mind. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Gastro Doxs is currently looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our team! We are a 4 clinician practice - 1 Gastroenterologist and 3 Physician Assistants. The practice is located in a suburban setting in the Greater Houston area, specifically in the Northwest suburbs. Houston is one the fastest growing cities in the country and our area, in particular, has seen tremendous growth which is expected to continue well into the future. We have a wonderful collaborative relationship with all of the healthcare entities in our area and have a strong practice philosophy that we take care of the healthcare needs of the community as a whole. The suburbs where the practice is located has many beautiful master planned housing communities, exemplary schools and other wonderful amenities making it a wonderful location not only to work but also to live giving the candidate an opportunity for a good work-life balance. The practice is in a growth phase opening a third location and surgical center in 2024. An attractive compensation package is offered, including a generous base salary of $450K+, full benefits and a potential for a production bonus. An opportunity to become a partner in the practice is available and potential for partnership into the ambulatory surgical center and other ancillary income potential once the candidate becomes a partner. Candidates should have a Texas license, or be in the process of obtaining one, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
