As a Director of Student Life, you'll shape a vibrant campus culture by mentoring each student, supporting their social-emotional growth, and leading meaningful programs and activities. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

 

What You'll Do: 

 

  • Oversee our Homework Café, where students complete assignments and socialize. 
  • Lead student clubs, events, trips, and service projects. 
  • Mentor each student through personalized social-emotional support. 
  • Partner with staff to nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive campus community. 

What We're Looking For: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree (required) and leadership experience. 
  • Experience working with middle & high school students. 
  • Passion for student development and social-emotional learning. 
  • A fun, creative personality that makes campus life come alive! 
  • Florida residents require level 2 background screening through https://info.flclearinghouse.com/.
