Fusion Academy is the school that changes everything! We are a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, where personalized education unlocks the full potential of each student. As Director of Education, you will lead the academic program at your campus. Your work will ensure academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture! Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth.
  • Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus!
  • 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred. 
  • Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers. 
  • Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
