The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in exceeding enrollment and revenue targets by managing admissions inquiries, professional referrals, community outreach, and event planning. This position requires proficiency in consultative sales strategies. Central to the role is delivering high-quality service to families and professionals, ensuring a positive experience and fostering lasting engagement with Fusion Academy. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, is aligned with Fusion's mission, and thrives in a fun, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do:
- Drive enrollment growth through professional referrals, community outreach, and consultative engagement with families and professionals.
- Build and maintain strategic community partnerships and referral networks to expand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan and execute campus and community events that strengthen relationships and support enrollment goals.
- Own prospecting, outreach, enrollment, and sales metrics using Salesforce and other tools to track performance and forecast results.
- Partner with marketing, campus leadership, and regional teams to align outreach efforts, solve challenges, and support school initiatives.
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and improve results.
- Foster a personalized, premium experience for students, families, staff, and professional partners while connecting them to appropriate resources.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; education, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in consultative sales, outreach, business development, event planning, and relationship management.
- Proven success achieving sales, enrollment, or revenue goals in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, reporting, and presentation tools (Salesforce, Canva, Power BI).
- Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented professional with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Benefits:
As Director of Admissions you'll be eligible for an annual uncapped bonus targeting but not limited to 20% of your base salary based on enrollment and campus performance against annual targets.

Pay Range
USD $67,000.00 - USD $77,000.00 /Yr.
