Just 430 U.S. health care organizations out of over 6,300 U.S. hospitals have achieved Magnet recognition.     Monitors LOS for appropriate Level of Care   Utilizes Condition Codes to assure proper documentation and Level of Care as necessary
  • Educates on economical impact on healthcare choices;

Minimum Requirements:
Education:      Graduate of an accredited RN program 
Licensure/Certifications:     Kentucky RN 
Experience: 2 years clinical experience with discharge planning, utilization management and managed care knowledge preferred; Knowledge in data collection, tabulation
